Mindfulness Journal

If you are new to journaling or if you ever find yourself not knowing what to write about, consider purchasing a guided mindfulness journal. Here are some fun ones with prompts and questions that give you food for thought.

Besides, I feel like simply reaching for such a journal will put a smile on your face every time!

Meditation Tools

Meditation is one of the most popular mindfulness activities these days but it’s not one-size-fits-all.

From simply sitting in silence alone with your thoughts to chanting mantras to listening to guided meditations, there are many ways you can choose to do it.

Here are some tools you may find helpful, depending on your meditation practice. I’ve included things that help you create a comfortable relaxing environment for meditation, as well as some of my favorite resources to guide you through the process.

Gratitude Journal

Gratitude is an amazing practice we all need to do more of!

Be thankful for what you have; you’ll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don’t have, you will never, ever have enough.

I recommend writing at least 3 things you are grateful for in your journal every morning. It will bring you on a positive frequency that will help you make the most of your day!

You can use an empty journal or one of these beautiful guided ones. They have extra prompts and help you pay attention to all the good in your life.

Creative Mindfulness Courses

I talk about Skillshare a lot as it’s one of my favorite affordable resources for self-development.

Whenever I need to learn something new, I go to Skillshare first and find a few courses on a subject every single time.

It also expands my horizons a lot by showing me new ideas and concepts I’ve never heard of!

In this case, I found many cool creative courses related to mindfulness that I would never think about myself. Here are some of them, enjoy!

Adult Coloring Books

If you think coloring books are for children, think again.

There are literally adult-only coloring books out there filled with swear words! I don’t specifically recommend them as they are focused on negative emotions, which is the opposite of Utterly Positive’s concept. But if that seems fun for you, feel free to grab one of those.

Yes, I am a big believer in positive affirmations and have collected and created a lot of them over the years!
